My name is Rhoda Shakhane, the face behind Set Apart and Restored. This blog is about stirring us up to live a life that is set apart for God. A life of holiness, and one keen to pursue God’s purpose for our lives. I am a Christian, a wife, a mother, and an author.

Psalm 23:1-3 reminds us that “The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake”.

My prayer for you is that you will be encouraged as you read my blog posts and explore the resources here. May you know that as you surrender to the Lord, He will guide you and help you to live a righteous life. Most importantly, He will restore you to become the person He created you to be.
